Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients by following recipes, prep sheets, and spec standards
- Practice strong time management to complete prep efficiently and accurately
- Understand and execute correct portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation
- Label, date, and store all food items properly
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
- Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed to support BOH flow
- Follow all safety and sanitation practices consistently
- Communicate clearly with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates to support daily execution
