Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a prep cook
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to uphold company values
  • Food handler’s certification is a plus but not required

  • One or more years of prep cook experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for dishes according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Manage inventory and replenish supplies as needed
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to kitchen operations
