Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience as a prep cook
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Positive attitude and willingness to uphold company values
- Food handlers certification is a plus but not required

- One or more years of prep cook experience

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for dishes according to recipes and specifications

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to kitchen operations
