Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capacity to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Compliance with food safety standards

Job Duties

Prepare ingredients and stock kitchen and line areas to ensure smooth food preparation
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area and kitchen supplies
Support timely completion of food orders by ensuring all necessary items are ready
Communicate effectively with kitchen team to coordinate workflow
Adhere to Yard House values and culture by bringing enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every shift
