Job Duties

  • Label and stock all ingredients
  • wash, chop, and mix large amounts of vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
  • ensure ingredients are fresh by checking storage temperature regularly
  • follow all relevant nutrition and sanitation guidelines
  • consistently follow precise recipes
  • dispose of spoiled food and other waste material
  • maintain cleanliness and ensure kitchen compliance with health and safety regulations
