The role of Prep Cook within Catch Hospitality Group offers an exciting opportunity to join a winning team dedicated to exceeding guest expectations from the moment they walk through the door. This position is essential in ensuring that the kitchen operates seamlessly by preparing high-quality ingredients that meet the group’s exacting standards. The Prep Cook is responsible for accurately labeling and stocking all ingredients, washing, chopping, and mixing large quantities of vegetables, meats, and other foods, and consistently following precise recipes to maintain the quality and consistency of dishes served. Attention to detail is critical, as the Prep Cook must regularly check storage temperatures to ensure ingredient freshness and comply with all nutrition and sanitation guidelines. This ensures the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. While this is a tipped position, it does not earn tips directly, highlighting the focus on skill and teamwork conducive to a professional fine dining environment.
