Job Requirements

  • previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients according to established recipes and standards
  • measure and portion ingredients accurately
  • chop, slice, and clean vegetables, fruits, and other items
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
  • ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
  • assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed
  • monitor inventory levels of prep supplies
