Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to follow health and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Follow the recipes checks the portion of the recipes the garnishes and present the dishes ordered
- Have the correct and adequate set up in the kitchen work station at each shift including making orders storing fresh dry and frozen goods condiments and supplies
- Handle store and rotate the stored products properly
- Preparation and assembly of multiple portions of food items in batches
- Complete the control sheets for opening in progress and closing if requested
- Put all the utensils used during the shift in its place clean and tidy up work place and storage areas
- Practice general and specific cleaning using appropriate products to meet hygiene standards
