Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or culinary role preferred
- Food safety knowledge and certification preferred
- Ability to work full-time, including morning and evening shifts
- Reliable transportation to the Chattanooga property
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly communication skills with guests
- Ability to speak and understand English for written and verbal instructions
- Experience in food preparation preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Make the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour for guests through food preparation and clean-up
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for team members and guests
- Oversee kitchen and lobby cleanliness and organization
- Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked
- Present and maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
- Answer guests’ questions regarding the hotel, area, and events
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 service attitude
