This resort has a reputation for exceptional service and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for both guests and employees alike. As a full-time, non-management position, the prep cook opportunity enhances the culinary team with a focus on quality and precision in food preparation. This role takes place within the resort's highly regarded steakhouse, J&G Steakhouse, which is known for its elegant dining experience and superior cuisine.

This position involves preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food items, washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes and quality standards. The prep cook will also be responsible for preparing cold foods, operating various kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, and testing foods to ensure they are cooked to perfection.
