Job Requirements

  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare menu items with a focus on wood-fired rotisserie chicken
  • marinate and season chicken for slow-roasting
  • chop vegetables and prepare side dishes
  • mix marinades according to quality and portion standards
  • monitor and maintain inventory levels of prepared items
  • follow food safety and sanitation protocols
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
  • support kitchen team during peak service hours
  • ensure quality control of food products
  • comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
