Job Duties
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare menu items with a focus on wood-fired rotisserie chicken
- marinate and season chicken for slow-roasting
- chop vegetables and prepare side dishes
- mix marinades according to quality and portion standards
- monitor and maintain inventory levels of prepared items
- follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- support kitchen team during peak service hours
- ensure quality control of food products
- comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
