Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook or Fry/Salad Chef
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- Coordinate, organize, and prepare scratch-made food items according to recipes, standards and procedures
- Ensure proper measurements, ingredients and shelf lives of food items
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Clean as you go and keep work area organized
- Assist with stocking and kitchen preparation tasks
- Support the kitchen team to maintain a smooth operation
