We are seeking Prep Cooks to join our passionate team and become the Heart of Our House. Prep Cooks at Yard House play a critical role in ensuring that the kitchen and line stations are properly stocked and prepared to fulfill food orders efficiently. They apply careful attention to food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety and satisfaction. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compliance with health and safety regulations
Basic math skills for measurement and portioning

Job Qualifications

Experience in a food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

Prepare and stock kitchen areas with necessary ingredients and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of prep stations according to food safety standards
Assist culinary team in timely order completion
Monitor ingredient freshness and quality
Support line cooks and chefs during service
Follow all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
