Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • Follow recipes, procedures, specifications, and techniques accurately
  • Assist in receiving goods and managing daily inventory of prepared foods
  • Maintain proper storage and rotation of products
  • Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
  • Maintain proper temperature of equipment
  • Perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
