Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a commercial kitchen
- knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- ability to work independently and follow directions
- physical ability to perform repetitive tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a prep cook or similar role
- knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- team player with good communication skills
- basic understanding of cooking techniques
Job Duties
