Job Duties
- Handle, portion, prepare, and store ingredients efficiently to support the timely and smooth operation of the kitchen
- strictly follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices, to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment and prevent foodborne illnesses
- assist in monitoring ingredient levels and communicate with the management team to ensure adequate stock levels for daily food preparation
- work closely with the culinary team to coordinate food preparation tasks and maintain a well-organized prep area, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient production during peak hours
- complete tasks as assigned by the chefs
