Job Duties

  • Maintain extreme sanitary conditions by thoroughly cleaning work areas on a daily basis
  • Prepare food products to specification/recipe, ensuring accuracy and freshness for ala carte or banquet production
  • Help in the preparation and production of banquet events
  • Assist the line in stocking and finishing of products
  • Receive, stock, store, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Clean all kitchen areas to include stainless and surface tops and shelves including walls in kitchen areas
  • Clean equipment and floors and assist in dishwashing as needed
  • Remove trash and garbage and place into designated receptacles
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans
  • Attend in-service training and educational seminars as assigned
