We are currently seeking a motivated Prep Cook to join our dynamic team of Lunchtime Heroes. This role is vital in ensuring that children receive the freshest, healthiest, and tastiest meal options daily. As a Prep Cook, you will be part of a collaborative unit where teamwork and dependability are key. The successful candidate will have a passion for food preparation and an unwavering commitment to maintaining food safety standards. Your responsibilities will include cooking and serving meals such as fresh pizzas, cold entrées, and easy-to-prepare dishes specifically designed for children. You will work closely with fellow team members to maintain an efficient, clean, and welcoming kitchen environment, ensuring a superlative dining experience for every student.

This position operates primarily during school hours, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., allowing you to enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays for personal time and relaxation. The pay range for this role is competitive, between $14.50 to $16.00 per hour, providing a solid income alongside a rewarding job experience. Lunchtime Solutions supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and medical benefits available for those scheduled over five hours per day on four or more days per week.

Ideal candidates will have the ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately. Physical demands include standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities.
