Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow detailed food preparation processes
  • Experience working in fast-paced food service environments preferred
  • Availability to work full-time hours
  • Strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food preparation role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Willingness to follow detailed recipes and portion controls

Job Duties

  • Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis
  • Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
  • Set-up, regularly maintain, clean, and breakdown machinery and equipment
  • Maintain stock, cut, and store all perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
  • Take responsibility for quality of products served
  • Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
  • Other duties as assigned
