We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced baker to join our prep team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and supportive group of professionals dedicated to producing the finest batters, caramels, curds, frostings, and cookie doughs from scratch. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, highly organized and diligent, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Experience in a large-scale bakery setting is preferred, as is the ability to work well with others, take initiative, and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds. This position is available on a part-time basis with weekend availability preferred.
