- experience working with large-scale equipment

Job Duties
- prepare batters, caramel, curds, frostings, and cookie doughs from scratch
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- operate large-scale baking equipment safely and efficiently
- collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
- take initiative in identifying and solving problems in the bakery process
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as needed
