With a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience, Logans Roadhouse emphasizes fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and attentive service. As a leader in the casual dining space, the company fosters a team-oriented environment that values professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction. Employees are encouraged to develop their skills through ongoing training and to contribute to the restaurant's success. This position is full-time and offers competitive hourly wages, along with company benefits to support employee well-being and professional growth.

The role of Prep Cook at Logans Roadhouse is integral to kitchen operations, focusing on the preparation of ingredients and products to ensure smooth service and high-quality menu items. The Prep Cook will work under the direction of the Chef or Kitchen Manager, taking on responsibilities such as preparing food requiring longer cooking times, following recipes precisely to maintain consistency, and keeping the kitchen stocked and clean. Candidates for this role must exhibit excellent organizational skills and commit to rigorous safety and sanitation protocols. The position demands a keen attention to detail, the ability to operate kitchen equipment skillfully, and a dedication to teamwork to meet the fast-paced demands of the kitchen. With a strong emphasis on food safety, the Prep Cook will follow proper cooling procedures, prevent cross-contamination, and use necessary personal protective equipment such as cut gloves. The job also involves maintaining a clean workstation throughout shifts and assisting with dish cleaning when needed.
