This role is a supervisory position within the vibrant environment of event hospitality, specifically overseeing and coordinating the activities of stand workers in the VIP area. As a Stand Supervisor at Legends Global, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the stands, ensuring seamless service and compliance with company standards and local regulations. Your responsibilities will include supervising the staff, managing inventory, overseeing setup and closing procedures, and guaranteeing that all workstations are clean and sufficiently stocked throughout the event. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to alcohol policies and food safety regulations in collaboration with the board of health.

Moreover, this role demands a thorough knowledge of every position within the stand operations, allowing you to step in and perform any necessary duties to maintain smooth service flow. At closing, you will collaborate with your team to complete inventory counts, clean equipment, and organize supplies in preparation for upcoming events. Efficient and accurate paperwork completion is mandatory, and the ability to handle POS systems including voids, credit card issues, and daily reports is essential.

The Stand Supervisor must maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times, fostering a team-oriented environment that promotes exceptional guest experiences. Knowledge of the food and beverage menu, specials, and available services is required to enhance personalized guest service. You will also work closely with the customer service department to continually improve service quality in your assigned areas.

This position requires flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet service demand levels. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in hospitality or food service environments
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate work teams
  • Knowledge of state and local health and safety regulations
  • Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcohol service
  • Ability to operate POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Must have two to four years experience in fast paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
  • High school diploma required, some college preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area
  • Oversees or participates in stand set-up and closing procedures such as counting inventory, prep, and cleaning
  • Ensures all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
  • Orders replacement stock from runners as necessary
  • Completes required paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Ensures employees adhere to alcohol policies
  • Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health
  • Must be knowledgeable of all positions and able to fill any position if needed
  • Works with stand personnel to count ending inventory, clean equipment, and organize stock for the next event
  • Knowledgeable of POS system including voids, credit card issues, and closing out procedures
  • Inputs daily event sheets and daily reports
  • Coordinates with customer service department to improve guest service
  • Conducts inventory at assigned locations
  • Manages area schedules, makes changes, prints and posts them
  • Maintains a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintains knowledge of menu, specials, and services
  • Knows the layout of the venue and assigned area
  • Provides personalized guest service surpassing expectations
  • Maintains clean, neat, and safe work areas
  • Ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
  • Works as a team with associates and other service departments
  • Adapts to flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
