The available role is for a Stand Supervisor responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of stand workers within the VIP area. This position involves overseeing daily operations such as the setup and closing of stands, inventory management, maintaining clean and well-stocked workstations, and ensuring compliance with alcohol policies as well as food preparation standards dictated by Legends Global and health regulations. The ideal candidate must be highly knowledgeable of all stand positions and flexible enough to fill any role as required to maintain smooth operations. Additionally, the supervisor will work closely with other personnel to conduct accurate inventory counts at closing, clean equipment, and organize stock to prepare for upcoming events. Job Requirements

- Must have a high school diploma, some college preferred
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and organized

Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area
- Oversees and participates in stand set-up and closing procedures including counting inventory, preparation, and cleaning
- Ensures all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
- Orders replacement stock from runners as necessary
- Efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork
- Ensures all employees adhere to alcohol policies
- Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health
- Fills any position in the location if needed
- Works with stand personnel to count ending inventory, clean equipment, and organize stock for the next event
- Utilizes POS system including voids, credit card issues, and closing procedures
- Inputs daily event sheets and reports
- Coordinates with customer service to improve service in assigned areas
- Conducts inventory at assigned locations
- Handles schedules, makes changes, and posts them
- Maintains a friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu, specials, and services
- Understands the venue layout and assigned work areas
- Provides personalized guest service exceeding expectations
- Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Assures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Works as a team with other service departments within the venue
- Works a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Complies with state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
- Follows and encourages safety policies and procedures
- Reports all safety incidents into the company’s risk management system same day as incident
