Legends Global is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Stand Supervisor for the VIP area to join their expanding hospitality team. This role is integral to ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service at high-profile events, guaranteeing that the VIP guests receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. The Stand Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of stand workers, manage inventory control, uphold strict adherence to alcohol policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as set by both Legends and local health authorities.
The ideal candidate will be both a leader and a team player, capable of taking initiative and stepping into multiple roles as needed to support the smooth operation of the VIP stands. Responsibilities include supervising set-up and closing procedures, completing necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels for all work stations. Additionally, the Stand Supervisor must be knowledgeable in POS system operations, managing voids, credit card processing issues, and end-of-day closing procedures. Working closely with the customer service department is essential to continually improve the guest experience.
Success in this role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment such as clubs, restaurants, or catering services. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to meet the demands of special events. This position demands a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and venue layouts. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other duties that demand stamina and mobility.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of relevant hospitality experience
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with state and local health regulations for food and alcohol service
- Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long durations
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude
- Capacity to perform basic math and handle paperwork accurately
- Commitment to following safety policies and reporting incidents
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic work environments
- Must maintain good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Job Qualifications
- Two to four years working in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized with ability to prioritize
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- Punctual and dependable
- Able to read and maintain information
- Able to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to move quickly and perform duties within established production and service time frames
- Maintains personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
- Able to stand, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk quickly, and bend down
- Knowledgeable of safety policies and able to complete safety training
- Experience with POS systems preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area
- Oversees and participates in stand set-up and closing procedures including counting inventory, prep, and cleaning
- Ensures all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
- Orders replacement stock from runners as necessary
- Completes required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensures all employees adhere to alcohol policies
- Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health
- Fills any position in the location as needed
- Works with personnel to count ending inventory, clean equipment, and organize stock for the following event
- Operates POS system including voids, credit card issues, and closing out procedures
- Inputs daily event sheets and reports
- Works closely with customer service to improve guest satisfaction
- Conducts inventory at assigned locations
- Handles scheduling, printing, and posting for assigned areas
- Maintains a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Interacts effectively with guests and staff
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and venue layout
- Provides guests with personal service and attention to detail
- Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment
- Assures compliance with company standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments
- Works a flexible schedule to meet service demands including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Meets state and local health requirements for food handling and alcohol service
- Follows all safety policies and procedures and reports any unsafe conditions
- Reports all safety incidents promptly.
