The opportunity at Legends Global centers on the role of a Supervisor within its premium clubs, located on-site at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, CA. This part-time, seasonal position offers an hourly wage of $24.92 and requires candidates to provide leadership and guidance to frontline outlet staff under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager. The role demands maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor whilst overseeing the daily operations of assigned premium club venues. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring all company policies and standards are upheld, fostering a positive guest experience, and maintaining operational excellence through diligent attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, resolving guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction, monitoring supply levels, and ensuring cleanliness and professionalism across work areas and outlets. The role also requires punctuality for scheduled events, timely report to assigned areas, and performing both opening and closing procedures as directed by management.

In addition to overseeing team activities, Supervisors at Legends Global play an integral role in maintaining a strong leadership presence throughout dining rooms, bars, and kitchens. They collaborate closely with fellow team members and other service departments within the club and stadium to ensure seamless event execution. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
  • Must be flexible to work all Angel Stadium events including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
  • Restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Pleasant, courteous demeanor and enjoy working with people
  • Ability to remain calm during stressful situations
  • Ability to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service
  • Ability to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision

Job Duties

  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
  • Report for scheduled events on time and report to assigned area promptly
  • Fulfill opening and closing duties as directed by management
  • Ensure frontline staff complete duties to company quality standards
  • Resolve guest issues and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Complete required paperwork efficiently and accurately
