The role at Legends Global is a supervisory position focused on managing and coordinating the activities of stand workers in the VIP area. This role involves overseeing the set-up and closing procedures of the stand, ensuring cleanliness, inventory management, and adherence to alcohol policies while also maintaining compliance with food safety and health guidelines. The person in this position must be highly knowledgeable about all operational aspects of the venue, including complete familiarity with all job positions allowing them to step in and fill any role when necessary. Handling administrative tasks like accurate completion of paperwork and daily report input are also vital components of this role. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two to four years of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage or hospitality environment
- knowledge of POS systems and inventory procedures
- understanding of alcohol service policies
- ability to supervise and coordinate staff effectively
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to comply with food safety and health regulations
- physical ability to perform standing, lifting, and walking duties
- flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area
- oversees and participates in stand set-up and closing procedures including counting inventory, prep, and cleaning
- ensures all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
- orders replacement stock from runners as necessary
- efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork
- ensures all employees adhere to alcohol policies
- manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health
- knowledgeable of all positions and able to fill any position if needed
- works with stand personnel to count ending inventory, clean equipment, and organize stock for following event
- knowledgeable of POS system including voids, credit card issues, and closing out procedures
- inputs daily event sheets and daily reports
- works closely with customer service department to improve service in assigned areas
- performs inventory at assigned locations
- handles schedules, makes changes, prints and posts them
- maintains a friendly and professional demeanor
- interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services
- knows the layout of the venue and assigned area
- provides guests with personal service exceeding expectations
- maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area
- assures compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures
- works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments
- works flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
