Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist premium guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner throughout the event experience
- build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the premium seating locations
- educate guests on premium amenities, seating areas, and game day or event-specific information
- partner closely with the on-site Premium Services Manager to ensure all guest needs are met during events
- conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure all premium areas (Bunker Suites, Loge Boxes, and Club Seats) are clean, stocked, and event-ready
- proactively identify and report any service issues or guest concerns to appropriate personnel for quick resolution
- monitor and support entertainment elements in premium spaces, including TVs, video walls, and sound systems
- assist guests requiring mobility or accessibility accommodations with appropriate support
- uphold all safety, security, and venue policies to ensure a secure and comfortable environment
- support the setup and breakdown of premium areas before and after events
- collaborate with fellow Guest Services staff and departments to maintain a positive and efficient team environment
- complete additional assignments or special projects as needed
