As a Cabana Rentals Attendant, you will serve as the front line in welcoming and assisting Guests interested in renting our exclusive cabanas. This role involves a combination of sales, guest service, and light hospitality duties to maintain the optimal guest experience. Your interactions will range from explaining the various cabana levels and pricing options to processing payments and ensuring that each cabana remains a private and pristine space for our Guests. Given the nature of this position, an outgoing, energetic, and positive attitude is essential to engage effectively with our clientele. You will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that may span 10 to 12 hours, allowing for diverse scheduling options. This is an hourly position with a starting pay rate of $9.50 per hour, plus the unique potential to earn tips at customers' discretion, enhancing your overall compensation.

This role suits individuals 15 years or older who enjoy working in fast-paced, guest-oriented environments. While previous restaurant server experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The job entails ensuring the cabana area remains exclusive to paying Guests, serving food and drinks upon request, and promptly attending to any Guest needs throughout their stay. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping the cabanas and surrounding area clean, resetting them for new Guests, and supporting the broader rentals team by assisting in related areas such as retail and attractions as needed.
