Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of premium sales or service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environment
- Maintain confidentiality
- Professional interaction with multiple levels within and outside organization
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Archtics and CRM proficiency preferred
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays
- Eligible to work in the United States
- In-person work in Las Vegas office required
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-2 years of related premium sales or service experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and execute tasks efficiently

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Archtics and CRM software preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to work in-person at Las Vegas office
Job Duties
- Work diligently to ensure a smooth account transition by collaborating with the Premium Sales Team
- Manage and maintain relationships of general and grandstand accounts from purchase through race weekend and renewal
- Work directly with service providers to maintain superior service levels to premium clients
- Create and execute moments that exceed typical service standards using personalized client information in CRM
- Execute key touchpoints and communication campaigns to inform guests of crucial race weekend information
- Positively impact ticket holder experience by demonstrating responsiveness, attention to detail, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
- Assist with account management and ticket distribution via Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Manage and execute renewal campaigns as directed
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in CRM
- Entertain and nurture client relationships through events, meetings, and one-on-one engagements
- Act as VIP concierge during race weekend
- Assist in event day activities including client communication, wayfinding, operational support, and hosting
- Support Ticket Sales and Service department as needed
