Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of premium sales or service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environment
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Professional interaction with multiple levels within and outside organization
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Archtics and CRM proficiency preferred
  • Available to work nights, weekends, holidays
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • In-person work in Las Vegas office required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related premium sales or service experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and execute tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Archtics and CRM software preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work in-person at Las Vegas office

Job Duties

  • Work diligently to ensure a smooth account transition by collaborating with the Premium Sales Team
  • Manage and maintain relationships of general and grandstand accounts from purchase through race weekend and renewal
  • Work directly with service providers to maintain superior service levels to premium clients
  • Create and execute moments that exceed typical service standards using personalized client information in CRM
  • Execute key touchpoints and communication campaigns to inform guests of crucial race weekend information
  • Positively impact ticket holder experience by demonstrating responsiveness, attention to detail, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
  • Assist with account management and ticket distribution via Ticketmaster’s Account Manager platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
  • Manage and execute renewal campaigns as directed
  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in CRM
  • Entertain and nurture client relationships through events, meetings, and one-on-one engagements
  • Act as VIP concierge during race weekend
  • Assist in event day activities including client communication, wayfinding, operational support, and hosting
  • Support Ticket Sales and Service department as needed
