The Premium Server role at Legends Global is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional guest service within fast-paced, high-end environments like clubs, suites, or in-seat service at stadiums. Reporting to the Premium Manager, this non-exempt hourly position requires working collaboratively with fellow associates and supporting multiple service departments to ensure guests receive outstanding attention and care. The Premium Server is responsible for delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations by attentively serving food, beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service areas. This role demands a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Located at the Grand Rapids Complex, which includes Van Andel Arena, Acrisure Amphitheater, and Amway Stadium, this role involves working varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in spoken and written English
  • physical capability to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
  • ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • proficiency in English to communicate effectively with guests
  • physical ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • availability to work all events including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
  • provide personal service and attention to detail exceeding guest expectations
  • serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
  • work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments
  • support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
  • perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
  • maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
