Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior customer service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, squat, climb, twist and reach as necessary
- Position requires routine face-to-face interaction with club personnel and fans
- Job duties must be performed physically at NRG Stadium or club offices
- Occasional travel related to job duties and responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred
- Prior customer service experience strongly preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to think creatively in solving customer service issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as on an individual basis
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Job Duties
- Conduct pre- and post-game checks of all premium seating areas of the stadium
- Assume station at designated areas such as VIP entrance, club level host and concierge desks, suite level, Director's Club
- Greet and welcome suite and club level guests as they enter the stadium
- Provide information on the stadium, the club, and the city of Houston to all guests upon request
- Resolve any service issues encountered by premium product guests on the suite and club levels
- Assist with any special requests received from premium seating guests
- Assist with premium giveaways as necessary
