Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum of 5 years of food service management experience
- direct profit and loss responsibility
- experience leading large teams in a high-volume environment
- knowledge of advanced cocktail preparation
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- passion for food and beverage industry
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of food service management experience
- direct profit and loss responsibility experience in a similar environment
- ability to lead large culinary and operations teams in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- knowledge of advanced cocktail preparation with quality oversight
- strong leadership skills with focus on client and guest service
- passion for food and beverage and ability to develop successful concepts
- excellent communication skills with clients and senior management
- adaptability to changing demands
- proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Plan, manage, and lead contracted food service operations
- maintain full profit and loss responsibility for the restaurant
- manage client relationships and ensure alignment with client objectives
- lead and develop a team of chefs and front-of-house staff
- recruit and develop new and existing staff
- engage with guests on the dining floor ensuring proper food and drink timing
- control inventories and make purchasing decisions
- recover guest experiences that fail to meet expectations
- participate in marketing and social media efforts
- prepare monthly accounting documents and utilize accounting software
- create and design menus
- manage schedules for all front-of-house staff
