The company is known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through innovative food concepts, quality service, and sustainable business practices. In particular, Aramark manages food and beverage operations at iconic locations such as Fenway Park, the historic home of the Boston Red Sox, highlighting their capability to operate in high-volume, fast-paced, and prestigious environments.

The Restaurant Manager position at Fenway Park is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contracted food service operations. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind planning, managing, and leading the restaurant team to meet strict operating and financial goals while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction. This role requires full profit and loss (P&L) accountability of the restaurant, demanding strong business acumen, operational oversight, and thoughtful leadership. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will manage a diverse team that includes chefs and front-of-house staff, ensuring seamless coordination and excellence from kitchen to dining room.

Your responsibilities will entail fostering strong client relationships within the venue to align business strategies and service delivery with client objectives. You will lead recruitment efforts, staff development, and training initiatives to build and maintain a high-performing team capable of thriving in a demanding fast-paced environment. Daily operations management will include hands-on engagement with guests to maintain exceptional service standards, overseeing inventory controls, making purchasing decisions, and ensuring all food and beverages meet quality and consistency benchmarks.

Additionally, the role involves participating in marketing efforts and social media outreach to enhance the restaurant's visibility and business growth. The Restaurant Manager will also contribute to menu development and design to keep offerings fresh, appealing, and aligned with customer preferences. This position requires effective use of accounting software to prepare monthly financial documents, emphasizing accuracy and timely reporting.

Compensation for this salaried position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, reflecting the importance of the role and the expectation of experienced leadership. Aramark offers comprehensive benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans such as 401(k), and paid time off including parental leave and disability coverage. This variety of benefits ensures support for employee well-being and work-life balance.

This full-time role requires flexibility, including availability to work non-traditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must exhibit a passion for food and beverage, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands. Expertise in advanced cocktail preparation with strict quality oversight adds an additional layer of specialty expected in this position.

Working at Aramark means becoming part of an inclusive culture that values entrepreneurship, development, and delivering unmatched guest experiences. As a Restaurant Manager at Fenway Park, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to a legendary sports venue's dining experience while elevating your leadership career within a global company committed to growth and sustainability. Aramark's commitment to equal employment opportunity ensures a supportive environment for all employees, reinforcing a workplace free from discrimination and bias.
