- previous food service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- good communication skills
- basic math skills for payment processing
- adherence to food safety and responsible alcohol service policies

Job Duties
- Meet with directors and supervisors before events to review details
- manage orders for delivery to suites before and during events
- expedite food and beverage orders throughout the game
- ensure proper display and maintenance of food and beverages during events
- possess thorough knowledge of menu offerings
- process payments for all goods and services during events
- establish rapport with guests using suggestive and upselling techniques
