Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
  • good communication skills
  • basic math skills for payment processing
  • adherence to food safety and responsible alcohol service policies

Job Duties

  • Meet with directors and supervisors before events to review details
  • manage orders for delivery to suites before and during events
  • expedite food and beverage orders throughout the game
  • ensure proper display and maintenance of food and beverages during events
  • possess thorough knowledge of menu offerings
  • process payments for all goods and services during events
  • establish rapport with guests using suggestive and upselling techniques
