Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties
- Ensure all catering services exceed guest expectations
- Present Levy catering services to guests in a manner that exceeds guest expectations and profitability
- Communicate client needs through timely and detailed written and verbal communications
- Develop location-specific food and wine knowledge
- Initiate contact with clients to secure food and beverage selections prior to event
- Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
- Ensure team members consistently deliver heartfelt hospitality to every guest
- Maintain show quality standards at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team members
- Obtain regular feedback from clients and guests to improve operations
- Support and communicate company initiatives
- Respond and assist in departmental guest service issues
- Execute all menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the Director of Catering
- Achieve daily sales and assigned cost goals
- Achieve assigned budget goals
- Employ good safety and sanitation practices
- Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies
- Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner
- Complete required department reports and comply information at month-end closing
- Ensure team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines
- Ensure continual revenue development
- Promote the sale of profitable Levy services
- Prepare account forecasts and analysis of group sales
- Ensure complete billing and receipt of payments
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members
- Promote a cooperative work climate maximizing productivity and morale
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure communication lines are open
- Interview, hire, train and develop team members
- Display a positive attitude toward team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
