Job Requirements

Previous food service experience preferred
excellent guest service skills
ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly
available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
able to stand and walk for extended periods
able to lift, bend, push, and pull as required
willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards consistently

physical stamina to stand and walk constantly

Job Duties

Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
ensure bartenders have clean towels and glassware
deliver product and maintain inventory using transfer sheets
clean, sanitize, and maintain appearance of workstations and guest service areas
ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
check taps and appliances for proper function and change kegs
keep the bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping and mopping, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
maintain excellent guest service and a positive demeanor
adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
ensure security of company assets
