Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous food service experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as needed
Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures
Ability to maintain excellent guest service and a positive attitude

Job Duties

Assists with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
Ensures bartenders have clean towels and glassware
Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
Ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
Checks taps and appliances to ensure proper functionality and changes out kegs
Maintains excellent guest service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and coworkers
