Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience in customer service, concierge, or hospitality role
  • ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
  • able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capacity to work in loud environments
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle confidential information

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet, check-in, and assist guests in premium hospitality areas
  • respond to inquiries, suggestions, and concerns from guests
  • serve as concierge for suites, theater boxes, and club levels including Club Lexus
  • assist Business Development leadership and staff with operational issues
  • provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service during events
  • understand and enforce policies and procedures for premium ticketing areas
  • perform other event-related duties as assigned
