With a heritage spanning over 100 years as a family-owned company, Delaware North combines tradition with innovation to provide unique employment opportunities with strong potential for professional growth and career development. Their operations extend worldwide, making them a significant and respected name in the hospitality industry. At Delaware North, the focus is on people — both team members and guests — providing supportive environments where employees can thrive and help shape the future of hospitality. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salaries, and various career paths to suit interests in restaurants, hotels, sports, gaming, retail, and more.
The Premium Club Manager role at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida is a key leadership position within Delaware North Sportservice’s premium club department. Miami Freedom Park hosts major sporting and entertainment events and is home to Inter Miami CF, Major League Soccer's premier South Florida club. As Premium Club Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing part of the club’s operations on event days and ensuring a memorable and high-quality experience for all guests. This includes managing and training food and beverage team members, developing and motivating staff, overseeing scheduling and coordination during busy event days, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, including alcohol service and safety standards. You will also handle guest relations with a focus on service excellence and quality assurance.
This full-time, salaried position offers a competitive base pay from $55,300 to $74,600 annually, complemented by an annual performance bonus plan based on individual, company, and location achievements. For high performers, there is also the opportunity to participate in an uncapped sales incentive plan. This role requires strong managerial skills with a minimum of three years of hospitality management experience, ideally in high-volume environments. Candidates must be proficient with inventory control, cost management, payroll, budgeting, and financial accountability. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, the ability to analyze data for decision-making, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential due to the nature of event-driven work.
Delaware North values diversity and inclusion; they are an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a welcoming workplace free from discrimination. They emphasize ongoing professional development through tuition reimbursement and professional certification programs, plus provide generous friends-and-family discounts at many of their hotel and resort properties. With medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and parental leave, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional well-being. Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global legacy and a team dedicated to shaping the future of hospitality in dynamic, iconic venues all over the world.
