Raymond James Stadium is proud to be home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and serves as a premier venue for numerous large stadium events. This partnership includes managing concessions, suites, and premium areas during games, concerts, and special events, as well as coordinating food and beverage activations for iconic elements like the Pirate Ship. The goal is to elevate fan experiences through exceptional guest service, contributing to making Raymond James Stadium one of the best stadiums in the NFL.
The role of a Premium Bartender is integral to enhancing the guest experience within exclusive spaces such as the Hall of Fame Clubs and Legends Suites. Premium Bartenders are responsible for engaging with guests positively, ensuring rapid and accurate beverage preparation and service within a friendly, efficient manner. This role demands a commitment to exceptional service standards, upholding all responsible alcohol service guidelines in compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company policies.
The Premium Bartender not only focuses on mixing drinks and cocktails according to precise recipes but also maintains a clean, organized workspace and proficiently operates point-of-sale (POS) systems to correctly record orders. The position involves setting up and breaking down the bar area, managing inventory such as beer coolers, and completing necessary paperwork after events to ensure seamless operations. Adhering to the company's uniform and grooming standards is vital to representing the brand professionally. This is a role well-suited for those passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a dynamic, inclusive team environment that strives for excellence in live event experiences.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- ability to maintain a professional appearance
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- legal age to serve alcohol
- compliance with all federal, state and local alcohol laws
- strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service guidelines
- basic proficiency with POS systems
- excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests
- take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
- mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes
- follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by federal, state and local laws and in compliance with company standards
- properly ring in all orders into the POS system
- maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area
- complete all set-up and breakdown of assigned bar
