Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand walk stoop kneel crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must complete application process fully
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
- Bartending school preferred
- Must be available nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standard for guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn and have knowledge of various beers wines and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
- Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for alcoholic beverage purchase
- Communicate cut-off to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations contacting management or security if needed
- Request additional or restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and manage issued bank at bar
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
