Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Six months or more bartending experience
Knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
Ability to handle cash accurately
Strong communication skills
Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand walk stoop kneel crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
Must complete application process fully
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Six months or more experience bartending
Accurate cash handling skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
Bartending school preferred
Must be available nights and weekends

Job Duties

Demonstrate ability to meet company standard for guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
Learn and have knowledge of various beers wines and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for alcoholic beverage purchase
Communicate cut-off to guests as required
Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations contacting management or security if needed
Request additional or restock product as required
Handle cash accurately and manage issued bank at bar
Maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
