Job Requirements

Six months or more bartending experience
Ability to handle cash accurately
Knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must be able to stand and walk extensively
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must verify guest ID for alcohol service

Job Qualifications

Six months or more experience bartending
Accurate cash handling skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
Bartending school preferred
Must be available nights and weekends

Job Duties

Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with coworkers, and uniform standards
Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
Serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
Learn and have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties, and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
Check guests' ID to verify minimum legal drinking age
Communicate cut-off to guests as required
Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
Handle cash accurately and maintain clean and sanitary workstation
Request additional product or restock as needed
Set up and break down bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
