Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in fast-paced bartending preferred
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale systems
- Must maintain compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Excellent attendance
- Must pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and energetic demeanor
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume bartending capacity preferred
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment such as Point-of-Sale systems
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology and programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Maintain excellent attendance and availability for evening and weekend events
Job Duties
- Serve guests liquor, beer, and wine during events and catering functions
- Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payment for beverage items
- Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and bars in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
- Adapt to shifting bar locations within the arena
- Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment
- Perform any other duties as assigned
