Job Requirements

Applicant must be 18 years or older
2+ years of bartending experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to follow OLCC alcohol service standards
Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
Willingness to undergo background check

Job Qualifications

Friendly and energetic individual ready to create memorable moments
Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Basic PC knowledge
Familiarity with electronic equipment such as Point-of-Sale systems
Ability to adapt and learn new technology and programs
2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, high volume bartending capacity preferred
Maintain excellent attendance
Able to work evening and weekend events as scheduled

Job Duties

Serve guests liquor, beer, wine during events and catering functions with a smile
Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payment for beverage items
Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
Maintain cleanliness of service areas and bars in compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
Adapt to shifting bar locations within the arena
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment
Perform any other duties as assigned
