Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift heavy objects
Strong interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual
Must be at least 18 years old
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience in hospitality or bar environment is beneficial
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Customer service orientation
Willingness to learn and adapt
Basic knowledge of beverage service helpful but not required

Job Duties

Receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and as needed
Replenish all liquor, beer and wine in the bar throughout the shift
Retrieve needed food items from kitchen and deliver to bar area
Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar
Set up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf
Ensure beer taps are working properly
Place appropriate bar snacks on counter and keep supplies stocked
Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned
Bus tables in bar area
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of bar or lounge areas
Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors under equipment
Sweep and mop service areas including floor mats
Remove rubbish from all receptacles
Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartender
Perform other duties as assigned
