Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Basic math and data entry skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and peak academic periods
Ability to follow store protocols and safety guidelines
Reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 16 years of age
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
Outstanding attitude with willingness to learn and capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills
Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods

Job Duties

Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments
Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit
Take initiative to support store operations including operating equipment and cash register while ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions
Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store
Perform routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, and trash removal
Maintain flexibility by working various shifts including openings, middays, or closings and occasional weekends
Adhere to COVID-19 protocols as required such as social distancing, sanitizing, and mask usage
