Job Requirements
- Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills
- Attentiveness and patience for guests
- Ability to achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications and City of Milwaukee bartender's license within 90 days
- Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience preferred
- Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications preferred
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Strong interpersonal and math skills
Job Duties
- Seats guests and manages seating chart
- Monitors venue activity to determine seating and dining flow
- Handles high volumes of guest needs in an organized, efficient, and professional manner
- Assists guests with online ordering/kiosks for to-go orders
- Ensures to-go food transport is complete, clean, and ready for guests
- Inputs accurate reservations and guest requests into digital reservation system
- Greets guests with a friendly expression and responds to inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
