This position involves washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and silverware using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual techniques to meet stringent sanitation standards. The Pot Washer also ensures that the dishwashing station and related equipment, including three-compartment sinks and dishwashers, are well-maintained and operational. Minor custodial and upkeep duties are included in this role to ensure the overall cleanliness of workspaces. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, particularly food safety guidelines, and will support clients with a positive and professional attitude. This role requires self-motivation, responsibility, and flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
