Job Requirements

  • Education level minimum to high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen or sanitation role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Capability to ascend, flex, propel, and tug as required
  • Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as necessary
  • Must work efficiently within safety and food sanitation guidelines
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings

Job Qualifications

  • Fundamental grasp of sanitation guidelines
  • Competence in adhering to safety procedures, particularly in the case of hazardous cleaning agents
  • Willing to commit to working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong commitment to work responsibilities and consistently showing reliability in the workplace

Job Duties

  • Sanitize and wash kitchen utensils, silverware, pots, pans, glassware, and dishes
  • Oversee the maintenance of the dishwashing station, including the management of three-compartment sinks and dishwashers
  • Confirm that the equipment is spotless and operational, communicating any issues to supervisors as necessary
  • Perform minor custodial and upkeep tasks when required
  • Offer excellent support to clients with a positive and polished attitude
  • Follow the established safety guidelines of Aramark, with a specific spotlight on maintaining the standards related to food safety and sanitation
  • Preserve and ensure the safety of company resources
