Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to ascend, flex, propel, and tug as needed
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to work in a physically intense, high-energy environment
Job Qualifications
- Fundamental grasp of sanitation guidelines
- Competence in adhering to safety procedures, especially with hazardous cleaning agents
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong commitment to work responsibilities and reliability in the workplace
Job Duties
- Sanitize and wash kitchen utensils, silverware, pots, pans, glassware, and dishes
- Oversee the maintenance of the dishwashing station, including managing three-compartment sinks and dishwashers
- Confirm that equipment is spotless and operational, communicating any issues to supervisors
- Perform minor custodial and upkeep tasks when required
- Offer excellent support to clients with a positive and polished attitude
- Follow established safety guidelines, focusing on food safety and sanitation standards
- Preserve and ensure the safety of company resources
