Job Duties
- clean and maintain food service and institutional equipment
- provide customer service in the cafeteria
- collect and return all used meal trays to the cleaning and sanitation area
- ensure proper sanitation of all dishes, flatware, trays, pots, pans, and utensils from the cafeteria, patient rooms, employee dining, and catered functions
- communicate with patients about room service and assist with ordering if necessary
