Our restaurant group, based in Somerville, MA, including Rosebud American Kitchen, Posto, The Painted Burro, Burro Bar, and Osteria Posto, is accepting resumes for all FOH and BOH positions for its newest restaurant, Posto. Located at 158 Great Road in Bedford, Posto offers a refined Italian menu with chef-driven dishes in a elegant dining room, featuring house-made pastas, roasted meats, local seafood, and Neapolitan style pizza. The restaurant includes over 100 seats, a private dining room, and a spacious 30-seat bar for social and corporate events. The beverage program offers an international wine list and a cocktail program with classic and re-interpreted prohibition era cocktails.
