The Post Event Manager position at Miami Freedom Park is a critical role responsible for overseeing all post-event cleaning and janitorial activities to ensure the venue is restored to pristine condition after each event. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the Post Event Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining the venue's high standards of cleanliness and service quality. This includes organizing, planning, scheduling, and executing cleaning operations for the post-event shift, ensuring that all staff are properly deployed and equipped. The manager also completes necessary administrative tasks such as sign-in sheets, deployment records, labor reports, and post-event checklists.

Beyond the logistical responsibilities, the manager ensures all supplies and equipment are available and properly maintained, conducts facility inspections throughout the shift, and is responsible for training employees on company and client policies. The role involves hands-on leadership to make real-time decisions regarding staff deployment, shift releases, and responding to client service requests.
