Job Description

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is a leading company specializing in managing sports and entertainment venues. One of their flagship locations is Miami Freedom Park, a premier sports and entertainment venue situated in Miami, Florida. The company is committed to delivering top-notch services to enhance the event experience for attendees, staff, and clients alike. Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is known for its dedication to operational excellence, safety, and quality, which makes it a sought-after employer in the sports and entertainment industry. This specific role is a full-time position with an annual salary of $55,000, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to advance their careers in event management and facility operations.

The Post Event Manager position at Miami Freedom Park is a critical role responsible for overseeing all post-event cleaning and janitorial activities to ensure the venue is restored to pristine condition after each event. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the Post Event Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining the venue's high standards of cleanliness and service quality. This includes organizing, planning, scheduling, and executing cleaning operations for the post-event shift, ensuring that all staff are properly deployed and equipped. The manager also completes necessary administrative tasks such as sign-in sheets, deployment records, labor reports, and post-event checklists.

Beyond the logistical responsibilities, the manager ensures all supplies and equipment are available and properly maintained, conducts facility inspections throughout the shift, and is responsible for training employees on company and client policies. The role involves hands-on leadership to make real-time decisions regarding staff deployment, shift releases, and responding to client service requests. This position also supports overall project operations on non-event days, working closely with the Project Manager to uphold operational standards year-round.

Working conditions require the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions including hot, cold, and damp settings. Reliable transportation is necessary for timely reporting and fulfilling job responsibilities. Preferred qualifications include prior management or supervisory experience, janitorial or cleaning expertise, and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish to better serve a diverse workforce and client base.

The compensation package includes not only a competitive salary but also benefits like medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401K retirement plan after one year, paid vacation and holiday leave, and eligibility for performance bonuses. Pritchard Industries is committed to equal opportunity employment and participates in E-Verify, making it a responsible and compliant employer.
